Sharon is a Learning Specialist who has been in the Training & Development Industry for over 15 years. She has worked as a Director of Training for various enterprise companies including Maritz, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and United Healthcare.  Sharon has a proven track record of managing the assessment, design, and development of e-learning and web-based training curriculums from initial proposal to deployment while meeting client expectations within budget.

She has managed multi-million dollar training budgets and has led and managed high performing teams of up to 40 employees in the creation of innovative training solutions that support client’s strategic initiatives. Sharon most recently has been known for growing a high-tech provider’s contract from $1.2M to $6.4M over 4 years, demonstrating bottom line results to the client. She is currently the Learning Services Practice Leader for SSE, a custom mobile learning and e-learning development company.  Sharon has a Masters in Human Resources and Bachelors in Corporate Communications from Lindenwold University.
