Our collaborative partnership process assures you that your learning solutions will be meaningful, successful, and beyond measure in learner satisfaction.

 

 

To craft the optimal learning solution, SSE will meet with you and your Subject Matter Experts to understand your business challenges, identify your learning objectives and determine your engagement and evaluation strategies. The output of this phase is a detailed plan mapped to both your specific business challenges and your identified success criteria.

 

Our team of Instructional Designers and Multimedia Developers will then make the vision “come to life” in a functional prototype. This design is presented in a collaborative meeting to ensure proper alignment with the upfront vision and scope. The ultimate intent of this phase is to determine if the proposed learning solution will effectively meet the business challenges and overcome any barriers to learning.

 

Once any agreed upon changes or enhancements are made to the prototype design or vision and scope, a spiral development phase begins for each lesson of your unique curriculum. The essence of the content provided by your Subject Matter Experts gets transformed into compelling scripts by our Instructional Designers and fashioned into an engaging “experience” by our Multimedia Developers. Quality assurance review and testing occurs throughout the entire process and once approved changes have been incorporated, lessons will be integrated with an LMS. The cycle takes place for each specific lesson in your curriculum with this phase ultimately leading to the deployment of your ideal learning solution.

 

This final phase determines both short term and long term plans to measure the effectiveness of the learning solution. SSE will help evaluate the results against the upfront business objectives and ensure the solution is meeting your defined success criteria.
