RehabCare Case Study – Enterprise Wide Technology Deployment – Healthcare
RehabCare was deploying a new enterprise-wide software application in a nine month window. The goal was to have all nationwide facilities, a total of over 15,000 employees, transitioned to the new SMART software by the end of 2010 and to make a smooth transition without disrupting business or hindering day-to-day patient care. Faced with the challenges to prepare their workforce and realizing their previous approach (Train the Trainer) would not be most efficient for an initiative of this magnitude, RehabCare partnered with SSE to develop a custom learning solution.

Bunzl Distribution USA, Inc. is a nationwide distributing company with over 90 warehouse locations and 3,500 employees serving clients in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, the Caribbean and Mexico.
