Each client is given access to their own Pretechtsm Portal, allowing their employees to easily submit trouble tickets. The portal will let clients review all of their account information and any tickets submitted for maintenance to their business systems. It acts as a central point to work collaboratively and simplify communications for any IT issue that may arise.
