Provided revision and maintenance for courseware and instructional materials in support of E-2/C-2/ACTS/LSO School.

Aircrew/Maintenance Training Programs

SSE established a courseware development facility in St. Louis, MO to support a large aerospace company’s aircrew and maintenance training programs, specifically their courseware development contract requirements. SSE provided labor, facilities, computing equipment/software to create/update unclassified and classified (Secret) Aircrew /Maintenance computer-based training documentation.

Air Combat Training Continuum

SSE provided labor, facilities, computing equipment/software in St. Louis, MO and additional resources, along with computing equipment/software, were deployed to work on base at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, WA to create/update unclassified and classified (Secret) Aircrew Combat Training Continuum (ACTC) computer-based training documentation.

US Army Maneuver Support Center (MANSCEN)  
Counter Explosives Hazard Search Course (CEHSC)

SSE was responsible for the Instructional Design and high-end Multi-Media development.  CEHSC is an immersive online training program that teaches soldiers how to conduct searches for bombs, mines and booby traps; how to recognize the devices; and what action to take when an unexploded device is discovered.  Program includes 80 hours of SCORM compliant web-based training deployed in ALMS.  Each module includes online instruction, check-on learning and assessment.  The courses are level 3 and 4 IMI.

US Army Chemical School (USACMLS)  
Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Defense Basic Course (CBRN)

Subcontractor:  SSE, TMI
SSE was responsible for the Instructional Design and Multi-Media development capabilities.  CBRN consists of  online courses to provide first responders with a foundational level of basic chemistry utilizing real-world situations, including hazardous incidents, chemical warfare, and emergency response situations. Program comprises 55 hours of SCORM-compliant web-based training deployed in ALMS.  Each module includes online instruction, check-on learning and assessment.  The courses are level 2 and 3 IMI. A capstone assessment module allows students to synthesize basic chemistry and advanced concepts in three real-life scenarios.

United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM)  
Distribution Process Owner Awareness Training (DPO)
Prime Contractor: SSE
USTRANSCOM was designated the DPO by the Secretary of Defense with responsibilities to include DPO IT portfolio management across DoD and other Federal Agencies.  TRANSCOM needed a positive, uniform way of delivering the DPO Awareness message to a wide audience.  SSE designed and developed a learning module with high-end graphics, video and audio.

Electronic Classrooms:

P-8 Maintenance Training Electronic Classroom (METC)

P-8A MTEC is the computer-based training system that supports P-8A classroom training activities conducted at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Florida. SSE procured equipment and assembled the MTECs; conducted testing and evaluation, including Joint Final Inspections, Physical Configuration Audits, and provided training documentation.

SSE was responsible for the development, integration, testing, production, installation and post-delivery support of Training System Electronic Classrooms at the Integrated Training Center at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, FL.  Each classroom consists of a presentation suite (instructor station, an interactive display system, classroom control capabilities and associated network components) and 10 or 20 student workstations that are integrated with the local area network in the Training System Support Center.
