RECRUITING COORDINATOR SSE is a leading technology company serving St. Louis, MO and Jacksonville, FL for over 30 years. We develop aviation courseware training, virtual training environments, and technical publications for some of the most advanced military and commercial aircraft platforms. We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in St. Louis, MO. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of the recruiting team focusing on the candidate experience for future SSE employees. Will work closely with recruiters through the hiring process of new employees. They will be the face of SSE to future employees. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Create and send out offer letters to new employees Ensure all new employees have completed all proper paperwork for employment Ensure all background checks and drug screens are clear for employees to start Create employee folders within company server Conduct employee on-boarding presentations for first day Assist with scheduling for CEO Great and assist all company visitors JOB REQUIREMENTS Skilled in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe High level of attention to detail and organizational skills are required Ability to multitask in fast paced environment Personable and positive attitude Creative approach to problem solving BENEFITS: 40 hour work weeks, flexible schedule Weekly pay checks 17 Paid Holidays 8 PTO days per year 401k plus company match Medical, Dental, Vision plans
