Manager: Network Support
Robin joined the SSE team in 2006. Robin’s technical background includes over 10 years’ experience in project management and business process improvement. She brings expertise in creating processes and procedures to promote business growth and support the ongoing structure necessary to provide consistent quality service and superior products.
Currently, she manages SSE’s Network Services’ Help Desk team as the Network Services Support Manager, providing continual improvement while driving premium levels of customer satisfaction for SSE’s managed service clients.
Robin graduated as Valedictorian from ITT Technical Institute in 2006, with a degree in Information Technology- Multimedia. She was a member of the National Technical Honors Society and is currently a member of CAM – the St. Louis Contemporary Art Museum.
